We are now at Statutory Pre-application Consultation (PAC) stage, and are ready with our draft planning application drawings and documents, which we would like your comments on.

Our PAC consultation includes:

• • Providing draft planning application documents, via this website
• • Holding a drop in event to view the draft planning application documents
• • Notifying statutory consultees of the consultation
• • A consultation period in excess of 28 days; and
• • Once the consultation period has ended, producing a ‘Pre-Application Consultation Report’
